From start to finish, the experience dealing with Surfco was fantastic. They responded promptly with the quote and were open and honest about timescales for when the work would start. Once onsite they were great as we had a shared access drive to consider. The work was done to a really high standard, and Oli, Dave and Brad were great to work with. Oli particularly helped advise on ideas and made the design better than we had imagined. Andy and his back office staff were great to deal with. In the run up to getting a quote and then starting the work, they were responsive to all queries. Once the team were on site, Ollie, who lead the project, and his workers, Dave and Richard were excellent. We had some problems with invasive roots and Ollie came up with a re-design solution that worked brilliantly. Very pleased with all aspects of the work.
